About the circuit

The track

Cadwell Park sits in a valley of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near Louth. The car circuit is 3.54 km with 18 corners; the bike circuit, 3.52 km, has 19. The track is narrow and follows the shape of the land, climbing and dropping through woods and open fields, so it feels very different from the flat former airfields elsewhere in the UK.

Signature corners

The Mountain is the famous one: a steep climb over a crest where bikes take off and cars go light. Other named corners include Coppice, Charlies, Park, Hall Bends, the Hairpin, Barn and the Gooseneck, a fast left-right through the trees.

Who it suits

With little run-off and blind crests, Cadwell rewards patience: build up speed lap by lap. It hosts car and motorbike trackdays and racing, including the British Superbike Championship. Each date has its own static and drive-by noise limit, shown on Trackstr per date.

Getting there

The circuit is off the A153 south-west of Louth. Lincoln is about 45 minutes by car, and Humberside airport around 45 minutes too.
